Hey everyone, this is Lenny Peng, Archilight’ managing director. As you are no doubt aware, yesterday the Government has instigated Level 3 of COVID-19 response and we as a nation will move to Level 4 lockdown on Wednesday. Here is an update on what we are doing regarding the Government announcement and how it affects Archilight and our customers.
Showroom and Pickup
As the Government requires all non-essential businesses to close over the next 48hrs, we are now preparing to close the doors to our showroom and office. This will be effective as of 5:30pm on Wednesday 25th March 2020.
Customer Service and Project Enquiries
We will have all of our service agents and project designers working from home so we will continue servicing our customers. You can get in contact with us as usual via phone, email, and online chat on our website.
Online Orders and Deliveries
As our parent company is a part of the supply chain of telecommunication, utility, healthcare and construction industries, we will continue to fulfill our email, phone and online orders to ensure business continuity of our customers. We are taking strict safety measures by allowing only one staff in the warehouse to dispatch orders on any given day while the Level 4 lockdown is in place. All orders will be sent by courier only, and no pick up is allowed from Thursday 26th March onward.
